High Memory Usage

Hello,

Is the "Memory Usage" per VM accurate? I've noticed as soon as I installed Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard without even accessing it via console, it's running Memory usage 94.85% (30.35 GiB of 32.00 GiB) which I'm unsure as to why that is. However, upon reviewing Task Manager, the usage levels are extremely low and normal.

I think it is normal windows behavior to grab free memory for cache and swap.
