Please let me to do the last questions:

1- I have Several Linux as VM on PVE 2.3, since 2.4 kernel version until 2.6, for these VMs is advisable configure x2apic ???
2- And i will have soon Linux with 3.x kernel version as VM into my PVE 2.3, so must I configure the x2apic option?

Re:edit: Re-edit: I believe that enable x2apic is only necessary if the real "CPU" supports him. right?

It shouldn't reduce performance, but maybe not improve for old kernels. I don't have tested 2.4 kernels since a long time.

No, you don't need to have cpu hardware support for this. (I have read it on qemu mailing list, can't retrieve the link)
