High CPU Proxmox , clamav process

Hello my friends,I have currently installed Proxmox Mail Gateway 3.1, I noticed that the appliance was a little slow, then check the console with the "TOP" command which the processes were executed, the clamav process was way too high. that they would recommend me to normalize this problem?
