Hello,

I want to ask for help with Proxmox network configuration.

The hardware:
3xserver: 2x1Gb, 2x10Gb ethernet card.

What I would like:
3 node proxmox cluster with CEPH.
2 corosync ring
1 lan interface
1 external interface

Which interface should be the 2 corosync rings?
I think CEPH should be one in 10Gb Card.
The proxmox management should be 1Gb or 10Gb?
The corosync network 1Gb or 10Gb?...................

Thanks
L,

Corosync doesn't need a lot of bandwidth so you should be fine using the 1Gb cards.

Thanks!

My config:

NETWORK1----internal-(lan) traffic----1Gb
NETWORK2----external-(wan/vpn) traffic----1Gb
NETWORK3----ceph public/ceph monitor/corosync1 traffic----10Gb
NETWORK4----ceph cluster/corosync 2 traffic----10Gb

This is fine or should be modified ?

I'd use network one for the proxmox cluster(corosync), network 2 as you, network 3 and 4 ceph public/private.
