help with installtion

hello to all
i new in this and the linux world.
i need help with the instillation. i think i install proxmox and all work fine but no
i have problems with installing
1.the vm don't shutdown (windows)
2.the instillation of the vm is very very slow above 20 min only 6%
i try to search google for solutions but I ran into problems
The installation I've done from videos on YouTube
so like i say i need help to setup and config the server to work 100%

I would start off by saying to make sure that your system specs meet the minimum requirements.

Secondly, make sure you install the latest version 5.1 using the ISO located at:
https://www.proxmox.com/en/downloads/item/proxmox-ve-5-1-iso-installer-3rd-iso-release

Also I'd mention to you that if your using local disks on the server your speed and performance will be based upon those disks. So if it is say just a 1TB (2.5" drive) at 10k RPM, you will be lucky to get 200 IOPs most out of the drive. If you use SSD drives performance will be much better.

In regards to Windows, you will need to install the (qemu guest agent) for Windows to provide more drivers once your Windows is installed.
