Hello All, I am moving over my home lab from VMWare over to ProxMox and just getting familiar with the whole Proxmox setup.

I am setting up ProxMox on an WS680 ACE IPMI board that has an external IPMI card that goes into one of the PCIE slots. The IPMI Card has a NIC built into it for out of band management.

Without the IPMI card everything works great! But Whenever I put the IPMI card in, it causes the NIC's on the motherboard to not get an IP from my DHCP server.

When I check in Proxmox the NIC's show up find and the NIC on the IPMI also shows up. I did everything in my power to block all device id's and drivers associated with the IPMI Card using the following guide, but still no luck :(. As of right now I have taken out the IPMI Card and everything is working again.

ASK: Has anyone had successful experience in using MOBO/IPMI Card Combo and Proxmox OR any other suggestions to troubleshoot would be greatly appreciated.
