Help me repair my grub please

My PC was in dual boot with windows and Ubuntu and I tried to install Proxmox but now when I start my PC there is only promox and not windows and ubuntu, did Proxmox destroy the other partition ? How do I repair this ?

DId you install Proxmox on a different drive (than Windows and Ubutu)? Proxmox (as a clustered enterprise hypervisor) is not designed for dual boot and takes the whole drive that you chose to install. Do you have a backup of your Windows and Ubutu?
