Hello! After restarting the server, Proxmox does not start. Can I somehow get the created virtual machine from the disk and read the data?

Hello,

What exactly you get when the Proxmox VE boot?

yes, using rescue you can reach to your VM images, then you can copy them to another storage.

You can boot rescue the PVE server, using PVE ISO you can download from the below link [0], boot from a USB then select Rescue Boot

Thank you for your help. Proxmox has loaded. Now I can't start the virtual machine.

Task viewer: VM 100 - Start

OutputStatus

Stop
kvm: -drive file=/dev/pve/vm-100-disk-0,if=none,id=drive-scsi0,format=raw,cache=none,aio=native,detect-zeroes=on: Could not open '/dev/pve/vm-100-disk-0': No such file or directory
TASK ERROR: start failed: QEMU exited with code 1

that's how it should be

Try to use an older kernel. I had that situation in the past, nearly weting my pants.
A reset of the server, selecting the older kernel from the boot menu got me back on track.
After another kernel revision got installed this typically went away.
Good luck

how to do it? I am new to proxmox

I would suggest to update your system to last pve6: apt-get update ; apt-get dist-upgrade
then reboot and try to start your VMs. If everything is fine: update to PVE7 and buy subscription.

In the grub (bootloader) you can select different options to Boot. One should be an older kernel.
Aside that you can try to upgrade PVE as suggested but this also can make things worse/more complicated. If it has worked until the reboot I personally would first try to get back into that state before moving on (known good)
