[HELP] Create VM status OK but can't find the vm

when i try to create vm its working(status ok) but i cant find the vm in node (no vm created) even when i search it
does anyone know what happening?

Hi,
your system is very outdated. You should update first!

If you don't have an valid subscription-key use the non-subscrition repro:

cat /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pve-testing.list 
deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian wheezy pve-no-subscription

i don't want to update(yet)

is the issue somehow related with version?
i just want to know why the vm i create is not there in the node. but whe i check the content of my storage the images is there.
