Help converting Win11 VMware Workstation vmdk to Proxmox.

1. The vmdk image is basically a Win11 Enterprise gold image. No VMWare tools
2. I created a Proxmox VM with TPM, UEFI BIOS
3. I used the following command to convert the 128GB disk image.
qm importdisk 102 vmfilename.vmdk INTEL2TB --format qcow2
4. I then deleted the disk from the Proxmox image I configured in step 1 and attached the newly created image that was created in step 3.
5. Enabled it in options and updated the boot order
6. I enabled secureboot and tried playing with the efi settings but I cant get it to boot. Just a blue screen with inaccessible_boot_device.

Any suggestions? Thank you.

I think im going to try installing a vanilla Win11 successfully, then add the converted vmdk to see what the results are.
 
Going through the vanilla installation process I found that the drive was not being detected unless I used SATA emu. I did that with my converted vmdk, attached, added TPM and it booted :o)
