Hi everyone,

Currently, I'm operating the Cluster with new proxmox 6.0. My cluster include 5 nodes (approximately 30 VM).

When I join a new node (6th node) into my cluster, new node with configuration:

- Same version.
- System time was synchronized with the NTP server.
- Not hold any VM.

The situation occurs: 5 nodes were running in the old system were rebooted (auto), 6th node was not rebooted.

When I join another new node (7th node) into my cluster, all of them OK (auto reboot NO occurs).

????

I'm confusing about promox cluster with odd/even nodes. Could you help me explained this situation ?

Thanks so much!

do you use HA ?
do you have corosync error log in /var/log/daemon.log on rebooted nodes ?
Hi Spirit,

I don't use HA.

Hi Hoang,

it seems like the logs you posted are from after you had 6 nodes in the cluster. Could you provide the logs from the time around where you added the 6th node?

Best Regards,
Fabi

Hi Hoang,

I just see that after the new config was written, corosync had problems passing the token around. But I don't know why that happened (maybe high load on the network?).

Fabi
