HELP: All ports on proxmox host closes

I am fairly new to proxmox so bear with me here,

I'm using a Lenovo ThinkCentre mini PC as a Proxmox host for my homelab while I'm home from university over the summer. A few hours after installing the OS, the machine suddenly stops responding—closing all ports, including 22 (SSH) and 8006 (Web UI). This forces me to physically move it to a monitor for troubleshooting.

This issue has occurred after every OS reinstall so far, but it never happened when the machine was running at my apartment.
 
Maybe you picked an ip inside the DHCP range and it was assigned to something else?
