[SOLVED] HELP！ the normal mail always quarantined,and I cann't find the reason...

First, I'm a green hand for proxmox, this is my first time to install this GW. The process of installtion is quite smoothly, but the normal emails can not transfer to the mailserver, it's always quarantined, after I did some configuration.

What I did:
1,Configuration-> Mail Proxy -> Relaying：

Default Relay IP is the mailserver, Others are default.

2, Relay Domins:

3, ports are default:

3, options are default and the transports:

4, the Networks TLS DKIM Whitelist are NONE.
5, the original mailserver MX record changed to proxmox IP.

Finally, the normal mail just found in the Spam Quarantine directory:


I learned the Video of tech, it looks quite simple, but ....
I still can not find the way out...

Depending on the rules you have the mail will be blocked or quarantined.

Your spam score is high enough on the message because RDNS_NONE and TVD_SPACE_RATIO_MINFP and other rules that message is quarantined. This is normal behavior as such messages are usually spam.

I recommend looking at manual I linked first go slowly over the whole manual and configure your mail gateway as you wish then also look at https://pmg.proxmox.com/wiki/index.php/Getting_started_with_Proxmox_Mail_Gateway to get you started.

Dear poetry,
Frankly, I do not have any experience about how to manage a mail server of GW... The Filter I try to study, but some of rules I feel confused.
If convenient , Would mind give me a lead to solve the issue.
I just want the Proxmonx GW allow the mails of Relay Domins income , and others denied. For example:

Let's the sina.com domin's mail in, others domains mail that didn't on the list, denied.
How can I modify the Filter rules?

You can try this:









Everything else I think you have configured correctly at least on proxmox. You need to make sure your server is port forwarded correctly and your DNS records are OK too (like MX, SPF, PTR records to just name a few).
