Having Trouble Virtualizing Windows Server

Hi all,
I'm trying to virtualize an instance of Windows Server 2022 and am having trouble getting it to start. I am running proxmoxVE V. 8.1.3. When I start the VM I get a couple errors that it failed to boot UEFI devices and it goes to attempts to start PXE over ipV6 (I have no clue what that means). I attached a picture of what is happening, any help would be appreciated!

Did you assign a virtual DVD with the installation ISO of Server 2022? If yes, it should be set as 1st boot device. On the VM‘s boot screen should appear the typical „Press any key to start from DVD. . .“ You‘ll have to hit any key during this message to let the VM boot from the ISO.
