Having trouble port forwarding with Windows VM

Hi there, I have recently reconfigured my server hardware and I decided to install Proxmox. Being a new user I am really wracking my brain trying to figure out what is going wrong.

To give an idea of my currently Network settings, I have 2 gigabit ethernet ports slaved in a LACP "bond0". That bond is then slaved to the vmbr0 with it's own static IP.
Inside of the Windows VM, I set a static IP which is different from the host machine's IP:
Host: 192.168.1.5
VM: 192.168.1.30

I am trying to setup a server for the game Insurgency Sandstorm that uses ports 27102 and 27131. I have port forwarded them on my router point to the VM's IP. Along with allowing them through the Windows firewall. I also verified that all of the firewalls in Proxmox are turned off. However, the ports are appearing as closed and the server is not showing up in the server browser in the game.

From what I understand, my setup is using the vmbr0 on the Host and VM to connect to the bond0 which then talks to my router, but I feel like somewhere along that path those forwarded ports aren't getting to where they need to go...

Both bond0 and vmbr0 work on layer2, so they should not interfere in your port shenanigans. I suppose there is something wrong with your port forwarding settings...

I currently have the ports forwarded to the VM's IP. I forwarded it the exact same way that I have done for other ports on another device and it works on that device. Should I be forwarding it to the host machine's IP instead?
