have some problems after install Proxmox on Debian 10

so sorry for my bad English. I have one problem, even I for example use CrystalDiskMark to test speed in win10 vm, my server become unavailable for some time, I can't ping it or open web sites, vm also can't open in console or rdp. Please I need your advise in what way I should look.
 
You should check the "IO delay" graph on your nodes summary in the webUI. If you for example use the same slow HDD (maybe even a SMR HDD that can drop to a few kb/s of write performance when caches are full) for your PVE system and VM storage then causing alot of disk IO in the VM can overwhelm the disk to a point where nothing is working anymore and PVE also can't read/write data so it will become unavailable until the IO load drops. Its thats the case you should see a high "IO delay".
