I have a server running three VMs, two of which a pretty heavy requirement (accounting, and email server). They're running on Proxmox 3.4-16. It's time for me to upgrade the physical server as well as Proxmox of course. I need to do full builds because the servers are Windows Server 2008 R2 and support is ending soon. I figure that's the push I need for new hardware and an update.

Since I'm running multiple Windows VMs, is there something special I need to get or do with the Windows installation? I vaguely remember needing to do something special to run multiple Windows OS's in a VM environment but it's been so long I can't recall.

I haven't selected the hardware yet. I'm guessing a Dell 710 server box.

Found it. I have to edit the original message to find that option. I was looking for a button or tag on the page. I hadn't realized it was hidden as an edit.
