the hard usage from inside the vm is

Code:
peiman@digidoc:~$ df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
udev 3.9G 0 3.9G 0% /dev
tmpfs 798M 956K 797M 1% /run
/dev/sda2 629G 7.7G 590G 2% /
tmpfs 3.9G 0 3.9G 0% /dev/shm
tmpfs 5.0M 0 5.0M 0% /run/lock
tmpfs 3.9G 0 3.9G 0% /sys/fs/cgroup
/dev/loop0 89M 89M 0 100% /snap/core/7270
/dev/loop1 90M 90M 0 100% /snap/core/7917
tmpfs 798M 0 798M 0% /run/user/1000

what can cause this !?

When discard (trim) is not run inside the VM to free empty blocks, the file will grow till its full capacity.
