[SOLVED] Hard Resetting Link

Hi,

I have this intermittent problem, where Proxmox goes into loop about ata8: hard resetting link or ata6: hard resetting link. It's says into loop for about 5 minutes then it starts and all vms and lxc containers comes online and all hard drives and ssd are detected. But gui remains slow. Need help.

On what kind of hardware is this happening? Looks like the commands to the disk fail -> Disk broken? Cable to disk broken? Controller broken?

I went ahead and marked the thread as solved.
 
Am encountering a similar issue, these errors. Going to try replacing this SATA III (6 Gbps) cable and report back:
