[HA/Quorum] One node drops and rejoins, causes other nodes that were in quorum to reboot?

Is this by design? Am I missing something?

If any one of my nodes drops due to network issue or anything, then once it rejoins it causes the remaining nodes to restart?

This is strange, now i tried another test, and the node that is out of quorum did not auto restart.

Hi,
no, I don't think that you should happen. How many nodes do you have? Please provide the output of pveversion -v and from around the time of the issue journalctl -u corosync.service and /var/log/syslog, both for the node that dropped out and for a node that was still in the quorum and rebooted.
