HA Question: Can a failed VM kill a active node ?

hi the thing that scrare us the most using HA is not been sure about this below question:

Let say a VM fail for X reason but all 5 PVE node are active. or the VM try to move for X reason to another PVE node but fail to do so.

Will HA kill the Node that server correctly let say all others vm running on it ?

or HA will occur only if a node FAIL ( reset or reboot for X reason )

how often HA should attempt to start and recover a VM can be configured: https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/chapter-ha-manager.html#ha_manager_start_failure_policy

Fencing a node will only happen if there are issues with the node itself, see https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/chapter-ha-manager.html#ha_manager_fencing
