HA - CRS Dynamic Load balancing

We have upgraded all our Proxmox nodes to 9.2.10 in our cluster.
Enabled the Dynamic Load (Automatically rebalance HA resources), but we still see large imbalance in our cluster.
For now we just took the default Dynamic Load settings, so 30% imbalance threshold with bruteforce (not TOPSIS)
The cluster says it is only in 7% imbalance, but we want to balance according to CPU load, not a mixture of CPU + Memory.
I understand CSR is not doing anything because we are not hitting the 30% imbalance threshold.

How should we configure HA/CSR so it balances CPU more on the cluster?
In the attachments a screenshot of the current load, HA says this is 7% imbalance.

hi,

at the moment there is no option to weigh CPU load balancing higher than memory usage balancing.
