HA Cluster - Connection refused to Cluster Member

Hello,

I have to following problem. When I connect to the gui of vmhost1 or vmhost2 I'm used can't access the ressources of vmhost3.
When I select the vmhost3 I get the message "Can't connect to 172.60.24.3 (Connection refused) (see attachment).

Any ideas what the problem could be?
