Guests hang after upgrading nested pve 6.4 to 7

Hi,
i hope this is no duplicate.
Problem: After upgrading my test pve to 7.0.13 non-subsciption version, all my guests (windows 10, ubuntu, damn-small-linux) hang at some random point a few seconds after booting.

Hardware: Ryzen 5000 Series
->PVE 6.3.3
--> PVE 7.0.13 (16Gig Ram, 4 cores, args:-cpu host,+svm. Kernel: 5.4.140.1)
---> Some Guest VM with any disk controller, any bios and any machine -> all hang.

Anyone so far ? Otherwise i'll fiddle around a bit. It's only my testsystem and i'll try a complete reinstall from iso now.

have you followed the upgrade instructions correctly? [0]
do you have any errors in your journal or syslog when the guests are hanging? please post them.
