Guest Agent not running windows 10

Hello everyone,

I have power-off the server for emergency status, and when the server is back on, all VMs start successfully, but the window is still not working. Could you please help me?

As you can see in the red marked line in your first screenshot PVE is missing an ISO file (virtual DVD?). Check if your VM has a virtual DVD drive and either delete it or point to the desired ISO file.
