Hey,

when I try to boot a freshly installed Proxmox 7 or Debian 11 I always get the error message volume group 'pve' not found.
When I boot it with Qemu in a Debian live image PVE works fine.

I guess there is something wrong with my installing process:
1. connect via iscsiadm
2. Start a vm with the ISO as the boot image and install PVE
Bash:
qemu-system-x86_64 -enable-kvm -smp 4 -m 4096 -boot d -cdrom ./pve_7.1.iso -drive file=/dev/sdX,format=raw,media=disk -vnc 127.0.0.1:1
3. Fix the network interface

Hope someone can help

Sincerely
Ray_
