GPU RX5700XT AMD Ryzen Pass Through

Hello I'm just trying to build my proxmox system with passing some of the hardware through my Windows 10 system, but I do not get it to work.

I see all the time
BAR 0: can't reserve [mem 0xc0000000-0xcfffffff 64bit pref]

in the logs. I tried different grub settings, but none of them work, maybe I missed something or it is not possible.

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="amd_iommu=on amd_iommu=pt pcie_acs_override=downstream,multifunction nofb nomodeset video=vesafbff,efifbff"

Would be great to get some hint to solve the problem.
