[SOLVED] GPU Passthru Software Issue

I'm having an odd issue with my GPU passthru on one of my VMs. I have a Radeon Pro WX3100. The passthru is working fine, the problem comes when I try to install the drivers in windows 10. The driver install goes fine. Computer boots, but the Radeon Pro driver settings software refuses to load once into windows. Worse it seems to completely break the software setup somehow because after that I can't uninstall or reinstall the software. After the first time it happened I made a backup of the VM so getting back to the point before the software is no problem but I'm not getting any error feedback or anything. The software just doesn't start up. Any ideas would be delightful.

I actually think that I figured out the problem. It was an issue with the PSU causing some problems. Got it replaced and that issue seemed to resolve itself. Thanks for the help!
