I want to use the display attached to my NUC 7i5 with my Ubuntu container. I'm running Proxmox 6.3 running with three containers and no problems. There are a few posts on how to do graphics passthru...mostly for Nuc8's and Windows systems and even those are incomplete or inconsistent. My processor is an i5-7260u with intel 640 graphics.

I've changed the following:

/etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf

blacklist snd_hda_intel
blacklist snd_hda_codec_hdmi
blacklist i915

There are many conflicting suggestions on changes to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet" ....but some don't even mention this.

How should I set the proxmox Ubuntu VM hardware display graphics card:...default? Virtl0?

Any help appreciated.
