GPU PASSTHROUGH - RESET MONITOR in PVE 5.1

I tried to passthrough GPU on boot but blank screen on first boot.
When restart vm and it runs normally.

Is there any command to reset GPU before starting VM?

I reply myself.

in vm conf file,

hostpci0: 01:00.0 <--- before
hostpci0: 01:00 <---- after

If I turn off the attached monitor and later turn it on again the only way to get images back on the monitor is to reboot then windows 10 VM. Any related hint?

did the vm enter sleep mode? (standby/suspend)
