GPU Drivers on host or lxc?

Hi,

do i have to install amdgpu drivers inside the lxc or do they also have to be installed on the host?

Or both? ( and must they be matching?)

Host only, kernel drivers are shared. Keep in mind that using a GPU inside a container is rather tricky to get right, and can only be used for transcoding etc..., not a full display output.

i have got it to work after:

"pve-headers" install on the host
amdpgu-pro on the host

amdgpu in the lxc

ill do further testing.

another container is planned as a "thinclient" but maybe ill wirte again for that
