GPU can't passthrough only showing on device but in Task manager not show .

I've changed in to many config but not success yet :( , this is my current setup now . already checked in VT in BIOS .
it's also shown on GPU-Z but when I trying to test on davinchi reslove it can't detect the GPU . Screenshot_16.png


My server spec
Dell Poweredge C4130
CPU :Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2667 v4 @ 3.20GHz *2
RAM : 75GB
GPU : NVIDIA TESLA M40 *4

Can you download the latest drivers from Nvidia and try installing them again? I wouldn't expect it to be a passthrough issue necessarily if they're showing up in Device Manager. Also, there are two other check boxes in the PCI device passthrough menu in the WebGUI. I dont know what the corresponding CLI arguments are though, but I would try enabling those if reinstalling the driver doesn't work.

I'm already reinstall the latest driver also seems not work , also in Nvidia control panel not showing 3d setting also . Screenshot_18.png
