Got 1 node, waiting for 2,3. Want to build node 1 correct to standup cluster

hi Hi all.

So first, I'm a total noob as far as Proxmox is concerned, my background is other vendor clusters.
This is for my lab at home.
I currently have a Topton i5 1335 with 32GB RAM and 1TB NVMe, 4 x 2.5GbE Cat 6 and 2 x 10GbE SFP+

I'm patching the enp2s0 into my switch (2.5GbE) with plan to run primary access vlan0/172.16.10.51 (and Cluster interconnect) and enp4s0f0 (10GbE) into switch to run vlan40 - Storage Access from TrueNas SCALE, 90TB data.

Re the base 1TB NVMe drive, I've configured it to have 200GB Allocated to Proxmox at the Hypervisor level and left the other 800GB un allocated.
Thinking is to place my iso store, backup store on my TrueNas via the 10GbE link.
Thinking is to place the VM images on either ZFS across the 3 nodes (using the 800GB) or Ceph (using the 800GB).
I've already created a new partition (nvme0n1p4) on the remaining space.

Please advise, which would be the better.

G
