I am trying to setup GlusterFS with Proxmox. Gluster has been installed on separate node and volume has been created. Gluster Node IP has been added to Proxmox node's /etc/hosts. When i try to attach the volume in Proxmox through Storage>GlusterFS and enter ip address of gluster node, it does not bring up the gluster node. I tried to manually put it in storage.cfg and now i get error "Mount Error : exit code 1. Is there anything else i am suppose to do before i trying to attach Gluster storage?

gluster volume this started?
if so, do not appear in the list of volumes in the cluster IP?
if not listed, you can add writing the volume name of the form: "/volume-name"
do not forget to enter a name for the storage and IP (preferably balanced between nodes with ucarp) gluster node

Gluster volume started on gluster node. Checked and confirmed.
I also typed the gluster volume name manually into Proxmox WebGUI. The gluster setup is on a single machine. I have not added any 2nd node. Just want to do some test with Proxmox+Gluster.
I still keep getting mount error message.
