I would really enjoy having the ability to manage snapshots for CTs / VMs at a datacenter wide level. Either directly in Proxmox VE or Proxmox Datacenter manager.

- CLI command: pve listsnapshots --all
- API endpoint that returns all VM/CT snapshots cluster-wide.
