Hi,
I have a OVH VPS and bought 5 IPs from OVH.

The machine that I'm hosting the VMs on are on a separate host/machine (not ovh) and I want to put the OVH IPs I have to the VMs so they aren't the same IP that the dedicated machine has and is using the OVH IPs for each VM.

Anyone have an idea on how I can do this?

Sound like you have IPs from OVH but these IPs sould be assigned to (virtual)machines hosted elsewhere. Possible if you route the traffic via (the VPS hosted by) OVH from and to your elsewhere hosted VM (via routing and VPN) but not an optimal solution. Try to get an IP from the provider which provides the network where the VM hosting machine
