doesn't change the Speed unfortunately.
 
GigE ports running at 100Mbps is often a symptom of a cable with one or more bad pairs or a bad connector on the NIC or Switch. Have you tested/swapped them?

After testing with a different cable on a NUC6CAYH, which is known good, I'm still having speed issues. I'll try again with Cat6
