My client demand and do get a mail on each mail that the systems is block because of a Virus Or Spam.
I did manage to provide that by using the notification action and it does work fine.
My willing is , to have the ability to add a release option to that mail inside the notification message.
How can I generate that ticket on the fly with script or any other way.
