You can safely ignore this message, it is a known issue in ZFS (https://github.com/zfsonlinux/zfs/issues/9417#issuecomment-548085631). Will probably be fixed with the next ZFS/kernel update.

It has happened on two different machines since upgrading to Proxmox 6.1. First system was unresponsive and unrecoverable and had to power reset the physical host. This one is responsive but the GUI is not responding either direct or in the cluster from another host.
Will reboot to refresh the machine.

Then it's not the same issue. The one the OP mentioned has no negative effects whatsoever.

You seem to be hitting an actual kernel "BUG" message, not just a warning. I'd recommend opening a new thread for your issues though, as it's unrelated and this one is already marked 'solved'...
