GE iFIX software license client issure with VM win2022 on PVE 8.2

As the attached shows, GE iFIX software license client meets issure of Torlerant, which is installed on a VM win2022 on PVE 8.2. How can I deal with it.

Maybe a virtual tool like VirtIO RNG (VM hardware -> add) can resolve this ?

Maybe ask the vendor, this error is not PVE specific.
