Future request - white/black lists - new column

Hello.

These categories have only two columns - type and value (for proxy also direction). A column with notes would also be useful. When there are more exceptions, it would be good to note why a given entry appeared there.

I'm not sure to which panel you are referring to exactly - but for the rule-system I'm not sure we will add a comment field for each entry in an object (as you can equivalently create more objects (which do have a description field) and add them to the rule)
