Fusion iodrive with Proxmox 5.1?

I see here https://forum.proxmox.com/threads/fusion-iodrive2-support.24113/#post-166611 that someone had a compiled and working driver for the iodrive for the 4.4 kernel and working with Proxmox. Does anyone have this successfully working with Proxmox 5.1 and the current kernel?

If anyone looks at this at a later time:

After messaging snuf on github where he maintains an unsupported version of the iodrive driver he was able to update his code to compile on the current kernel in Proxmox 5.1. I haven't tested it yet with the iodrive, but it was able to compile.
