Fully automated service deployment on Proxmox VE

Since few week's my team is studying for an automated solution to automate complete platforms (set of vm/containers/baremetal nodes) deploying on Proxmox.

The target of this POC is to deploy the entire chain with "one clic" automated process.

Every folowing plateform components have to be automatically installed and configured:
Virtual machine or LXC Container création --> IP Configuration + OS Installation --> Apps Installation --> Apps Configuration --> Starting of production

The main set of tools that we're trying is Cobbler-Koan + Terraform + Ansible.

Is anyone who's done something similar with success ?
How to schedule VM or LXC Container creation in Proxmox, which layer stack is better to do this (Cobbler, Terraform, Ansible)?

FYI, we are just working to integrate CloudInit support. This will make VM/Container creation a bit easier ... I currently test using ansible.

Ansible creates VM via API (proxmoxer) with Kickstart or Preseed options, starts the VM, VM is bootstrapping with Ansible enabled, Ansible configures the VM with apps and everything.
