Full mesh network using Batman protocol

@mgiammarco, FYI since we have had this conversion a fault-tolerant, Open vSwitch (OVS) mesh option that supports jumbo mtu has been added to the Full Mesh Network for Ceph Server wiki.

RSTP Loop Setup
Thank you I have not seen it.
But please note again that batman is:
- full mesh (rtsp is "only" tree based) so
- fault tolerant with fast recovery (as rtsp)
The only missing feature in batman is mtu 9000.

@mgiammarco, back again after yet another Jumbo MTU option was added to the Full Mesh Network for Ceph Server wiki, Routed Setup (with fallback).

Just set up frr and enabled the OpenFabric daemon. The only deviation was that I set up both ipv4 and ipv6 (using this website for the ipv6 example). Working well for ceph at 9000 mtu.

I am using batman as an easy separate isolated corosync network in a Redundant Ring Protocol, so thanks for that.

EDIT: Also changed the log level in /etc/frr/frr.conf to log syslog notifications from log syslog informational as I found the "informational" level too chatty with the very short interval times configured for failover.
