Fujitsu iRMC remote console

Hello,
I just discovered, that my Fujitsu TX150 S8 server has a built in console redirection over SSH. In the bios settings it works great, but when Proxmox starts to boot, the console doesn't work at all. I found this manual online, where it is described, how I can do it on RedHat and SuSE, but on my Proxmox there isn't such a file named "/etc/inittab".

Additionally, depending on how you set up the server, it will use either GRUB or systemd-boot as bootloader.

The Proxmox VE Admin Guide has a section on how to figure out which one it is and also where to configure the kernel commandline parameters, depending on the used bootloader.
