We recently acquired a new server to run PVE on. The problem is it won't detect the network. The network is static and has not been an issue till this point. We usually just set the IP and the gateway and use Google's DNS addresses. this has worked previously on other Linux machines so it is strange to see it fail on this machine only. Are we doing something wrong? or are we missing something?

mask: 255.255.240.0
DNS: 8.8.8.8
Also, we may need to switch the IP later on so, is switching the IP all it takes to switch the PVE's or do we need to do anything else?
