Frequent crash/freezes of VM (sometimes with complete node freeze)

First of all, I am not the one that originally setup this server. The server consists of one node which in turn contains 2 Windows 10 VM's, 1 FreeNAS installation (is this a container? I do not really know) and 1 Ubuntu Installation that a web server is running. The web server installation was done by me, but this was no problem due to my previous experience with VMs, not with VEs tho.
The FreeNAS and WebServer VMs are constantly running as to support their purpose but with little to no action happening there. Most action is seen on VM 101. The other windows VM (102) is never used and it does not boot by default, while all the others do.

These crash/freezes were happening before 1-2 months but stopped, after some hard resets and some off time for the server. It had a stunning 45+ day of non-stop activity. I was trying Yesterday it started happening again. If I use the VM, it will crash in 30min tops. Most of the times only the VM crashes, but sometimes the VM crashes and then the whole node crashes and it becomes unreachable (when I ping test) and I have to restart it by holding the physical button. The crash happens mainly when I am running simulations or using a CAD software. That is why my first action was to assign more memory and CPU but to no avail. At an instance the VM crashed with the software open, but with NO use, while I was browsing the internet.
I have performed the latest updates for the 6.4 Proxmom version.
This is the log from the latest crash, just as it happened. The lines inside the red box seem to pinpoint to the culprit but I am unable to understand how to remedy this.
Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Edit: I tried to perform a simulation again. This time the VM crashed and almost instantly rebooted. I presume it was rebooted because when I opened it all the applications I had open were closed. Also this seems to be the relevant log. It is worth noting that when the RDP connection failed and closed it, for an instance I saw on the VM summary that it had 99.9% CPU utilization.
