French PVE warnings

Hi all,

When we selected French as language, there are these warnings.

vzdump --all
perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
    LANGUAGE = (unset),
    LC_ALL = (unset),
    LANG = "fr_FR.UTF-8"
    are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").

And

man qmrestore
man: can't set the locale; make sure $LC_* and $LANG are correct

Moreover it is impossible to restore VM made on a French PVE towards an English PVE.

Yon can add french locales

dpkg-reconfigure locales

No, it is not a bug. If you want to use other locales you need to install it.
