Do you have tried with proxmox 3.0 ?

This is a known bug in qemu seabios, and I think it's resolved in last packages.

I can't use Proxmox 3 right now,
I've installed at least 5 other VMs on Proxmox 2.3 with FreeNAS, I've found a link which said --hpet option can fix this, how can I add hpet option ?

hpet is enable by default (only windows ostype have -nohpet).

Does your other freenas vms has been installed with same freenas iso ? (I known that some freebsd kernel hang, and some other not)

I now have the same issue on latest Proxmox 3.1
Code:

Any help ?

You are not running latest. This is latest:
Code:

pve-qemu-kvm: 1.4-17
ksm-control-daemon: 1.1-1
glusterfs-client: 3.4.1-1

I did run apt-get upgrade and it's the latest I can get,
But the pve-qemu-kvm is the same as you have

ok, debian bug said that it's coming from a seabios bios
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=707645

can you try to update seabios manually:

Code:
 wget http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/pool/main/s/seabios/seabios_1.7.3-1_all.deb
 dpkg -i seabios_1.7.3-1_all.deb
 cp -rf /usr/share/kvm /usr/share/kvmbackup
 cp /usr/share/seabios/optionrom/ /usr/share/kvm/
 cp /usr/share/seabios/* /usr/share/kvm/
 apt-get remove seabios
