FreeBSD VM long time instalation an long timpe booting

I try to install freebsd 10 from iso image using qcow and raw format but in al case instalation during 1.5-2 hours and after this for booting sistem is necesarly 15 -20 minutes so whay?? beacause i have 12 GB of ram
16 cores xenon x5570 so my dedicat server i think is ok.
Please help me because i think going to the church and i pray to Good
 
What OS type have you chosen?
A FreeBSD 10.2-RELEASE working fine here:
